Paid Time Off

  • Benefit eligible employees receive .0923 hours per paid hour up to 80 hours per pay period
  • Accrual equals up to 24 days per benefit year
  • Accruals increase with service
  • PTO donation and PTO sell back provisions
  • Immediate accrual
  • Eligible to use time after 90 days of employment


Extended Illness Hours

  • Benefit eligible employees receive .0385 hours per paid hour up to 80 hours per pay period
  • Accruals equal up to 10 days per benefit year
  • Immediate accruals
  • Eligible to use time after 90 days of employment
  • Paid Time Off Sick requires 16 continuous hours of PTO, then eligible to use Extended Illness Hours (EIH)
  • Hospitalization and Outpatient Procedures use EIH first day
  • Extended Illness Hours Incentive Program pays employees $.50 on the $1.00 for all hours accrued over the maximum, each year employed on 12/31

Bereavement Leave

  • Paid time away from work due to the death of an immediate family member (parent, spouse, sibling, child, grandparent, or in-law)
  • Full time employees receive up to 24 hours of leave
  • Part time employees receive up to 8 hours of leave


Jury Duty

  • Full pay for scheduled hours up to 10 working days per calendar year
