- Benefit eligible employees receive .0923 hours per paid hour up to 80 hours per pay period
- Accrual equals up to 24 days per benefit year

Extended Illness Hours

Paid Time Off Sick requires 16 continuous hours of PTO, then eligible to use Extended Illness Hours (EIH)
Hospitalization and Outpatient Procedures use EIH first day
Extended Illness Hours Incentive Program pays employees $.50 on the $1.00 for all hours accrued over the maximum, each year employed on 12/31
