The Roper Sleep/Wake Disorder Center, located at Roper Hospital, helps you get the rest you need. The Center is equipped with specialized equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. The Center is staffed by doctors board certified in sleep medicine, a clinical neuropsychologist, registered respiratory therapists and registered polysomnographers. The Sleep Center is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. The center offers specialized equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
A Sleep Center evaluation involves an in-depth interview with a board certified sleep specialist to discuss your sleep complaints, review your medical history and perform a physical examination. Following this evaluation, testing in the sleep center may be necessary. Our sleep specialists work closely with your referring primary doctor to review test results and recommendations for treatment or further evaluations.
