Roper St. Francis Healthcare has a long history of being active in Berkeley County and in responding to the needs of that community. Our commitment to building a full-service Roper St. Francis Hospital in Berkeley County remains steadfast, as we believe Berkeley County citizens deserve convenient, quality care they can count on. Even without a hospital presence, Roper St. Francis has invested more than $8.4 million dollars in charity care to our Berkeley neighbors. In addition, Roper St. Francis regularly sponsors and participates in numerous community healthfairs and screenings including:
