The DreamPool is a system-wide nurse float pool for Roper and Bon Secours St. Francis hospitals that rewards clinical skill and commitment to flexibility. RNs may choose from several options designed to give personal choice of salary, schedules and float requirements to best meet your lifestyle and career needs.
DreamPool options include:
- A choice of working full
time, part time or PRN
- A minimum hourly commitment
of 24 hours per pay period
- A minimum weekend commitment
of one shift per 4 weeks
- 8 hour or 12 hour shifts
- Eligibility for shift,
weekend and holiday differentials
- Additional compensation
for floating between specialty areas
DreamPool PRN Options
for RNs
There are four basic options from which
RNs may choose.
PRN Option 1
- $28-$38 per hour
Commitment: Available to work
a minimum of 24 hours per pay
period, including one weekend
shift per 4 weeks. No shift
requirements.
PRN Option 2
- $30-$40 per hour
Commitment: Available to work
64-72 hours per pay period, 50%
of which on the evening or night
shift, including two weekend
shifts per 4 weeks.
PRN Option 3
- $33-$43 per hour
Commitment: Available to work
64-72 hours per pay period, 100%
evening or night shift, including two
weekend shifts per 4 weeks.
9/3 Seasonal Plan
Commitment: September - May. Can take summers off, or reduce commitment; available for options II & III.
- All positions to float multiple Roper Hospital and
Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital
- Specialties include MedSurg, ICU, Step-down, Mother-Baby, Behavioral Medicine
- Additional $3/hour differential paid to float multiple
specialties
- Ranges include evenings, nights, weekends, and specialty float differential (as applicable)
- PRN positions do not include benefits
DreamPool RN Benefited Positions - Limited Positions Available
RN Basic Pool
- Floats within one specialty area and multi-facility
- Differential: $2/hour plus shift differentials
RN Advanced Pool
- Floats within two specialty area and multi-facility
- Differential: $4/hour plus shift differentials
Compensation for full-time personnel in the DreamPool is based on years of experience, with added differentials for the shift worked and for floating. FT/PT DreamPool employees may be eligible for benefits. A limited number of benefited positions are available.
